Conveniently located on the second floor of the Cape Royal Building at 1980 N Atlantic Ave, our workspace is easy to reach, offers plenty of free parking, and sits just a two-minute walk from the ocean.

Meeting Room Options

Our conference rooms are available to book hourly between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays. Choose the room layout that best matches your gathering:

• The Cape (Small Meeting Room): Ideal for one-on-one consultations, interviews, or private video conferences. Seats up to 4 people. $25 per hour
• The Canaveral (Medium Conference Room): Perfect for project check-ins, presentations, workshops, and depositions. Seats up to 16 people. $50 per hour
• The Atlantic (Large Conference Room): A spacious setting for seminars, mediation sessions, board retreats, and team trainings. Seats up to 30 people. $70 per hour

Each room includes high-speed Wi-Fi, whiteboards, presentation display options, and access to fresh coffee, tea, and water service. You can also bring outside food or arrange catering from the café located downstairs in the Cape Royal Building.
