We collect what we need to run your workspace, bill you and keep the building safe. We don't sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, billing details, tour and booking requests, identity and business information required to activate virtual-office service, and messages to staff.
Information collected automatically: device and browser data, pages visited, referral codes, and building access and Wi-Fi logs for security.
2. How we use it
To provide and bill for memberships and bookings; handle mail and packages; respond to tours and requests; send service, renewal and payment messages; track referrals; secure the building and network; improve the site; and comply with law.
3. Payments
Card and bank payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payments, email, hosting, calendar and analytics), with referral partners to the limited extent needed to confirm a referral, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention
We keep account, agreement and billing records for as long as your relationship continues and for up to seven years afterward for tax, legal and accounting reasons. Mail-handling records are kept as required by USPS rules.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@cocoabeachoffice.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time; service messages continue while you have an active account.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes affecting active members will be emailed at least 30 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date means you accept them.
