• Private Offices & Day Offices: For focused work and complete privacy, private offices are available on monthly leases, fully furnished with utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi included. Need quiet space just for the day? Private day offices are available for $35 per weekday.
• Conference & Meeting Rooms: Host clients or team strategy sessions in professional meeting spaces available for hourly booking between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. Choose from The Cape (small) at $25/hr, The Canaveral (medium) at $50/hr, or The Atlantic (large) at $70/hr.
• Virtual Office Services: Maintain a commercial presence on the Space Coast with a dedicated business address and secure mail handling.
