1. Who we are

This website is operated by Cocoa Beach Office ("CBO", "we", "us"), located at 1980 North Atlantic Avenue, Second Floor, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Listings, prices and availability

Photos, floor plans and descriptions are provided in good faith but may differ slightly from the space at move-in. Prices and availability are shown live but are not guaranteed until checkout is complete or an agreement is signed. We may correct obvious errors, including pricing errors, and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Acceptable use of the site

Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or attempt to bypass security on the site; submit false bookings or referrals; or upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, photography, the Cocoa Beach Office name and marks belong to CBO or its licensors. You may share pages and photos using the built-in share tools with attribution; other reuse requires written permission.

6. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability for site-related claims is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior three months, whichever is greater.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Brevard County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.

Before filing any claim, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days after written notice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes affecting active members will be emailed at least 30 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date means you accept them.
