Approved partners earn the commission stated in their partner enrollment. It's separate from member credits and paid out after the customer pays. Partner rewards are paid by paper check only, picked up at our front desk or mailed, and require a completed W-9 first.

1. Enrollment
Partners must apply and be approved. Commission rates, flat amounts and tiers are stated in your partner dashboard and may differ by partner.
2. Earning commission
Commission is earned on qualifying new customers attributed to you, calculated on amounts actually collected, and excludes taxes, deposits and refunded amounts.
3. Payouts
Partner rewards are paid by paper check only, picked up at our front desk or mailed to the address you provide. Payouts are made on a schedule we publish, once the minimum payout amount is reached. You must provide a W-9 or required tax information before payment and are responsible for your own taxes.
4. Relationship
Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of CBO, and may not make commitments on our behalf. Licensed professionals must follow the rules of their licensing body, including any disclosure requirements.
5. Marketing rules
Use only approved descriptions and pricing. Do not bid on our brand name in paid search, send unsolicited messages, or misrepresent availability.
6. Termination
Either side may end the partnership at any time with written notice. Commissions earned before termination remain payable unless forfeited for fraud or breach.
