Friends of the building can refer people too. Rewards are offered only when a written offer is in place, and are paid once the customer pays.
1. Who can take part
Adults who are not current members or enrolled partners may refer new customers using a link or code we provide.
2. Rewards
Any reward (for example, a gift card or credit toward a future booking) is stated in the offer you receive. Without a stated offer, no reward is owed. Rewards are issued after the referred customer's first payment clears and are not exchangeable for cash unless the offer says so.
3. Limits
We may limit the number of rewards per person per year and require tax information for rewards above IRS reporting thresholds. Employees of CBO and their households are not eligible.
4. Fair use
The fair-use rules of the Member Referral Program apply.
