Share your link. When someone you refer pays for anything with us, 7.5% of what they spend is credited to your account and taken off your rent or membership.

1. Eligibility
Active members in good standing may take part. Your referral link is in your member portal.
2. Qualifying referrals
A referral qualifies when a new customer — someone who has not been a CBO customer or submitted a tour or signup in the previous 12 months — arrives through your link or names you at signup, and pays for a product. The first valid referrer recorded receives credit.
3. Credit amount
Credit equals 7.5% of the referred customer's committed spend: the full term for six- and twelve-month agreements, three months for month-to-month plans, or the paid total for one-time bookings. There is no cap.
4. When credit is released
For fixed terms, credit is released in monthly shares as each month is paid. For month-to-month plans, after the third paid month. For one-time bookings, after the booking is completed and paid. Refunded or unpaid amounts do not earn credit.
5. Using credit
Credit is payment toward your bills after tax, not a discount on the taxable price. Eligible remaining credit is applied toward your final bill after tax. Any unused balance expires when your membership ends and is not restored if you return. Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
6. Fair use
Self-referrals, referrals of your own company, fake accounts, spam, or paid advertising on our brand name are not allowed. We may withhold or reverse credit for abuse and may change or end the program with notice; earned credit will be honored.
