1. Conduct
Treat members, guests and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate suspension of access.
2. Guests
Members are responsible for their guests at all times. Guests must be accompanied in private areas and may use conference rooms only under a valid booking.
3. Access and security
Keyless access credentials are personal and may not be shared. Do not prop doors or let others tailgate in. Report lost credentials immediately.
4. Network use
Do not use the network for unlawful activity, spam, piracy, intrusion attempts, or anything that degrades service for others. We may monitor traffic patterns for security.
5. Shared spaces
Keep noise to a professional level, take calls in appropriate areas, clean up after yourself in kitchens and lounges, and do not leave belongings in shared areas overnight.
6. Prohibited items and uses
No weapons where prohibited by law, illegal substances, hazardous materials, animals other than service animals, smoking or vaping, residential use, or overnight stays. Offices may not be used for retail or for businesses that require heavy walk-in public traffic without written approval.
7. Alterations
Do not paint, mount, drill, rewire or install equipment without written approval. You are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.
